What counts as a project slot?
Each event you create in EventSplit uses one project slot. Starter (free) includes 1 slot per account, Pro includes 1, and Studio has no limit. Slots are not time-limited — you can use them whenever you're ready.
What does the collaborator limit cover?
The limit applies per event. Starter allows up to 2 active collaborators on an event, Pro allows up to 10, and Studio has no limit. Sponsors are not counted against the collaborator limit.
Can I upgrade from Starter or Pro later?
Yes — contact support and you pay the difference. Your existing events and data carry over.
Is the distribution fee on top of the plan price?
No. The distribution fee is separate and only applies if you use EventSplit to process and transfer payouts after your event closes. If you distribute manually, no distribution fee applies. The rate depends on your plan: 3% (Starter), 2% (Pro), or 1% (Studio). The fee is deducted from your net profit before collaborator shares are calculated.
