Managing Sponsorships

Creating sponsorship packages, getting listed on the Marketplace, reviewing pitches, and tracking deliverables.

Sponsorships are one of the most powerful revenue streams available on EventSplit. The Marketplace gives your event visibility to sponsors actively looking for events to back.

Creating Sponsorship Packages

From your event, navigate to the Sponsorships tab and create packages. Common structures include:

  • Bronze / Silver / Gold / Title tiers (classic naming hierarchy).
  • Named tiers that match your event's branding (Skyline, Penthouse, Curator, etc.).
  • Single 'Presenting Sponsor' package for large-value exclusive arrangements.

For each package, set a name, amount, and a clear description of what the sponsor receives (logo placement, verbal mention, VIP tickets, stage banner, social media post, etc.).

The Marketplace

Your event appears on the public Marketplace when it's published. Sponsors browse by event type, city, and trust score. Your organizer Trust Score is prominently displayed — a higher score directly increases your chance of attracting sponsors.

Featured Listings

You can pay to have your event appear as a 'Featured Event' on the Marketplace. This is paid promotion and does not affect your Trust Score or the Recommended ranking.

Receiving and Reviewing Pitches

When a sponsor submits a pitch, you receive a notification. From Dashboard → Sponsorships, you can review the pitch message, the package they selected, and their brand information. Accept or decline from the dashboard.

Accepted sponsors are moved into your active sponsor list. You'll track their deliverables (logo upload, social post, banner delivery, etc.) as the event approaches.

After the Event

Sponsorship revenue is included in your Final Report. The report shows total sponsorship income as a separate line item, giving sponsors a clear record of their investment.
